Cooking and recipe development is another of Kim’s passions and she creates and tests recipes for many of her clients, including food and beverage companies, supermarkets, magazines and websites. Many of her recipes can be found here or at her blog, Galeaz Food Talk. Kim has worked with chefs all over the country creating project-specific recipes for events and/or providing culinary demonstrations.
